Please review the following Terms and Conditions before registering for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Exam Preparation Course.

Course Access

Participants will be given course access within five business days following their registration and payment clearance. They will receive an e-mail communication that includes their login information and deadline for completion, including the date and time their access to the course will expire. Participants will have access to their course for 120 days following their registration. Once that deadline has passed, participants will no longer have access to their course.

Participant Conduct

Participants in this course must abide by the contents of the Student Code of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including, but not limited to, the areas of Academic Integrity and Student Conduct. Course moderators will monitor participant conduct within the course to ensure appropriate adherence to the Student Code.

Registration Cancellation

Participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund within one week of their enrollment in the course, providing the participants have not accessed the course in Moodle, the learning management system. A cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed. After one week from enrollment date or if the course has been accessed, no refunds will be processed.

Re-enrollment after PMI Certification Exam Failure

In order to re-take this course at no charge, participants must have taken the PMP or CAPM® certification exam within 90 days of completing the course AND they must re-register for the course within 30 days of failing the exam. Participants who request to re-take the course at no charge will be required to provide documentation from PMI showing their test date and score.

Student and Employee Status

Participants who wish to receive the University of Illinois employee/student discount for this course will be required to login to our system with their Enterprise ID and password in order to validate their identity. Upon validation, if it is determined that participants have incorrectly identified their status, their registration will be canceled, money refunded and they will be notified that they must re-register identifying their correct status. Current university students will be defined as having been registered full-time at a public or private university or college within four months prior to their registration in this course. A valid university-approved e-mail address will be required to confirm student status. Current University of Illinois employees will be defined as active, full-time faculty or staff of the University (all campuses).
